My Best Friend Bandit

Likes: Balls, squeaky toys, stuffed animals, tearing apart stuffed animals and removing the stuffing within 2 seconds, tug toy ropes, cookies, people, kids, cats (gets along with after transition period and will walk up and give kisses to kitty), loves his cattledog girlfriend (he's fixed), and loves everything and so much more!

Dislikes: MALE dogs, thanks to dominance as to how I got him.

As of April 27, 2010 Bandit is MY 3 year old brindle colored Pitbull and white colored German Shepherd mix. He came to me on July 8, 2008 when he was about a year and a half.

He didn't get along with his former parents' MALE chihuahua/fox terrier/pit bull mix Chico, but he was great with Chico's sister Mini, and the female toy poodle Ladybug aka Lady.

He was also great with their 3 felines as well. Never did he hurt them but just kissed them. A week before he came to me, my brother had called and told me he had something I would really really really really really really really really want, as he knew I was looking to get a dog to be my loving companion in times of need and times of joy.

So I told my brother that I was interested in Bandit and a week later on July 8, 2008 he came down in my brother's truck with my brother and his former parents and all I will say is it was LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT!! Bandit LOVES me and I LOVE my Bandit.

If I hadn't of taken him he would have gone to the shelter where he could have lost his life. I'm glad I gave him a chance even if he tends to be difficult at times.

I have never given up on Bandit and he will never give up on me. I always have a hard time finding rooms to rent but I would rather live in a crappy place that is dog friendly than a fancy, family home that is not pet friendly.
