Rocafeller Roofus

Rocafeller Roofus AKA Rocky Roo, Roc, RocaFlocka, Rock'em Sock'em, Roo, Ruckus was born January 23, 2009. I rescued him from a local shelter in one of the 'worser-off' towns where we live in South Jersey in August of 2009.

He was such a lovable pooch when we first met. I was thinking why would anyone get rid of such a beautiful, well behaved dog? He was most likely a victim of these hard economic times and the small apartments that some one probably had him in.

His hobbies and enjoyments are: chasing squirrels, playing with his sister dog, Kayla (1/2 golden retriever, 1/2 pit bull), riding in cars, stealing tennis/ping pong balls, knocking down large piles of wood for the fireplace, the noises plastic bottles make, the tv show LOST, squeaky toys, duck whistles, chasing us down when we ride on the quads/tractor, swimming/surfing, curling up with his momma on rainy days, growling at people who walk past the house during the day, eating tires, roaming the back yard, taking showers with his uncle, taking cardboard boxes out of the UNLIT fireplace.

He has been a loving member of my family, my fathers' 'right hand man' and my brothers' sidekick as well as the love of my life!
