Swagger and his best gal--my daughter Kait.

Swagger is 8 months old. He and his litter mates were for sale in a front yard. We looked at the mother and father and they were good dogs.

He picked me. Out of four other litter mates he was the one that made eye contact with me and would not stop looking at me. I picked him up and that was it. I knew he was coming home with us.

His best quality is that he gives non stop love to everyone he meets. He cannot get enough of people, he likes everyone.

He loves to swim in the lake. I took him down to the water when he was young and just waited to see what he would do. He went walking in till he couldn't touch and took his first swim, did a u-turn and came back. He went a little further each time and now he is fully confident in the water.

He came here at 9 weeks and our Rottweiler "Zeus" just adores him. He has treated him like his own baby and puts up with a lot. They are best friends. On cold nights Zeus still lets him lay against him to stay warm.
