The Truth On The Pit!

I've been dealing with pit bulls since I was seven and today I'm 40... I find pit bulls are highly intelligent and sensitive animals....

When I say animals I find myself cringing inside because they are not the animals that people and majority of public opinion suggest!

At a certain age they do become territorial.... So along the way from pups to adult you must socialize them towards other dogs if you want them to be acceptable towards other dogs in particular.

As far as humans and kids, these fine specimens are very tolerant and even protective of their household members and people they know!! I've had every color from Fawn, Blue, to Red. But my preference is medium height APBT or AMStaff which are the same in my book!

I just want to say socializing is important and environment.... All dogs especially chihuahuas and other smaller dogs show aggressive behaviors at time but that should not make us discriminate against any one breed...
